三阴交、委中、太溪穴特定刺法对偏瘫恢复的影响

Effect of special acupuncture methods of needling Sanyinjiao、Weizhong、Taixi points on hemiplegia recovery

目的观察特定针刺方法针刺委中、三阴交、太溪穴对脑卒中后瘫痪肢体功能恢复的影响。方法共选取脑卒中软瘫期患者100例,随机分为对照组与观察组各50例。2组在相同治疗的基础上,观察组增加特定手法针刺委中、三阴交、太溪穴,观察对脑卒中软瘫期肌张力、运动功能、日常生活活动能力恢复的影响。结果观察组肌张力恢复的早晚、运动功能、日常生活活动能力与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论对委中、三阴交、太溪穴的特殊针刺方法能促进脑卒中后偏瘫肢体功能的恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of specific acupuncture with needling Weizhong,Sanyinjiao,Taixi points on the limb function recovery of patients after stroke paralysis. Methods 100 cases of stroke at flaccid paralysis stage were randomized into treatment group and control group（ 50 cases in each group）. The two groups received the same treatment. But the treatment group was added specific acupuncture with needling Weizhong,Sanyinjiao,Taixi points.The effect of the specific acupuncture on the muscle-tension of apoplexy at flaccid paralysis stage,motor function recovery,activities of daily life was observed. Results The recovery time of the muscle-tension of apoplexy patients at flaccid paralysis stage,motor function recovery and activities of daily life between the treatment group and the control group had significant differences. Conclusion The specific acupuncture of needling Weizhong,Sanyinjiao,Taixi points could promote the recovery of limb function of stroke patients.
