摘要
搅拌轴是搅拌设备中的一个重要的部件,由于搅拌轴受到扭矩和作用力产生的弯矩、轴和搅拌器的重力、设备内外压力差作用到轴截面上的向上推力以及搅拌器叶片产生轴向液流时的反推力等力和力矩的作用,使轴的受力变得复杂,导致轴的强度计算也相对复杂。基于UG软件,对搅拌轴进行实体建模、材料选择、受力分析、强度计算和变形分析。
The torque and the bending moment generated by the force can influence the agitating shaft of stir- ring device. Both shaft and agitator' s gravity, the upward thrust incurred by the pressure difference inside and outside the device, as well as the reverse thrust and other forces caused by the agitator blades which producing axial flow can jointly make the force on the shaft complicated, including the shaft' s strength calculation. Based on UG software, the modeling of stirring shaft, material selection, stress analysis, strength calculation and the deformation analysis were implemented.
