摘要
教师职业认同是影响教师专业化发展的重要职业心理特征之一。在陕西省大力开展"三级三类"基础教育骨干教师体系建设的背景下,本研究以魏淑华编制的《中小学教师职业认同量表》为主要研究工具对前来陕西学前师范学院、陕西师范大学参加2013年陕西省高中骨干教师省级研修项目的语/数/英、政/历/地、理/化/生等九个学科教师的职业认同现状进行了调查,并对不同性别、教龄、职称、学科教师的职业认同程度进行了F检验、T检验。研究结果表明:研究被试的职业认同程度总体较为优秀,且在不同性别、教龄、职称、学科教师间存在不同程度的显著性差异。
Teaehers' professional identity is one of the professional psychological characteristics that plays an important role in teachers' professional development. With political dividing of three levels and three categories among outstanding high school teachers in Shaanxi Province, the status of professional i- dentity among the 267 teachers are mainly represented in nine subjects, which are Chinese, Mathematics, English, Polities, History, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. This paper studies the survey with the scale of primary and secondary teachers' professional identity designed by Wei Shu-hua, and the differences of teachers' professional identity among different gender, seniority, title. All these subjects were analyzed with F-test and T-test. The paper also gets the results showing that (1) the level of teachers' professional identity is relatively high; (2) there are significant differences among different genders, seniority, titles, and courses for the level of professional identity.
