Study on Rumors' Communication Mechanism among Microblogs and Its Social Governance

微博谣言传播缘于信息匮乏与不透明、民众社会看客心理以及娱乐心态,并与微博用户身份的虚拟性与可匿性、政府管理不力有密切关系,此外,宽松的微博准入环境也是微博谣言传播的催化剂。加大政府治理谣言力度、实行微博实名制认证、构建官方微博、开辟辟谣专区、推进网络空间法制化、发挥意见领袖的舆论引导作用等是控制微博谣言传播的有效手段。

The rumors on microblogs spread rapidly at recent years, which is due to the lack of information transparency and spectators＇ entertainment attitude that is an inevitable social psychology and mentality. While at the same time, it is also because of the anonymous criticism by netizens who do not need i- dentification confirmation. Moreover, there is ineffectiveness between governance and the web platform operation. Except from these, there is no strict criteria for microblog access which is also the reason for web rumors spreading rapidly. Therefore, the paper suggests that we should implement the real name sign --in system, set up official certification for mircoblogging and play public opinion guidance to stop mieroblog rumors spreading
