摘要
采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)法对楠属(桢楠、闽楠)和润楠属(润楠、宜昌润楠)4种木材进行红外光谱分析。结果表明:区别楠属与润楠属的光谱主要在1730~1740 cm-1、1640~1650 cm-1区域;闽楠特征峰在1235 cm-1附近,桢楠的特征峰在1261 cm-1和1232 cm-1附近;润楠的特征峰在1460 cm-1附近;宜昌润楠特征峰在1688 cm-1和1650 cm-1附近。能够利用傅立叶自去卷积图谱共有峰率和变异峰率双指标序列法鉴别4种木材。此技术有望成为木材司法鉴定体系中的有效方法之一。
Analysing Phoebe and Machilus 4 kinds of wood infrared spectrum shows that the difference area between Phoebe and Machilus mainly in 1730 ~1740 cm-1、1640~1650 cm-1 two peak spectrum period .Phoebe bournei displays characteristic peak spectrum in 1235 cm-1 by the method of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).The characteristic peak spectrum of Phoe-be zhennan is in 1261 cm-1 and 1232 cm-1 .The characteristic peak spectrum of Machilus pingii is in 1460 cm-1 .The characteristic peak spectrum of Machilus ichangensis is in 1688 cm-1 and 1650 cm-1 .Four kinds of wood can be identified through Dual-Index Se-quence Analysis of common peak ratio and variant peak ratio .There is a good application prospect in the field of wood classification and identification by using the infrared spectra of wood .This technology is expected to become one of the effective ways of judicial authentication system.
