植物油基油墨连结料的制备

摘要 植物油基油墨连结料是以大豆油和桐油为原料,蒽醌和氧化锌为催化剂进行制备的,研究大豆油和桐油的比例、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对植物油基连结料酸值和粘度的影响以及连结料性能的测试。桐油和大豆油质量比为9∶1,蒽醌和Zn O的质量比1∶1,催化剂的用量为4%,在310℃反应2 h条件下制备的植物油基油墨连结料粘度达到10.85 Pa·s,酸值为13.3 KOH mg·g-1。结果表明,以大豆油和桐油组成的混合油制备的植物油基油墨连结料能够用于油墨的生产,具有良好的油墨性能。 Vegetable oil-based printing ink binder were prepared by polymerizing soybean oil and tung oil with catalyzing of anthra -quinone and ZnO.The ratio of soybean oil and tung oil ,the amount of catalyst ,the reaction temperature and reaction time were inves-tigated.performances of inks manufactured with binder were also discussed .The experimental results showed that when the weight ra-dio of soybean oil/tung oil was 9∶1,the weight radio of nthraquinone /ZnO was 1∶1,the amount of catalyst was 4%,reaction temper-ature was 310 ℃,reaction time was 4 h,the vegetable oil-based printing ink binders viscosity reached 10.85 Pa· s and acid value is 13.3 KOH mg· g-1 .The results showed that the vegetable oil-based binder was suitable for the production of printing inks and show good performances to those inks .
