The Film Deconstructed:Two Great Sheep

对比夏天敏的小说《好大一对羊》,由刘浩所导演的电影《好大一对羊》,虽然取材于小说,但是电影中,温馨的生活场景、严酷生存环境的过多拍摄、复杂的矛盾对立关系的简单化,都使得小说中的批判和讽刺力度被消解掉了,从而使悲剧无从展现出来。

The film Two Great Sheep, directed by Liu Hao, is based on the novel Two Great Sheep, one of Xia Tian- min^s works. But contrasted by the novel, the film has deconstructed the novel＇s criticism and satire efforts so that the film was not able to convey its tragedy because of the warm scenes of life, too much shooting the cruel living environment and the simplifying the complex relationships which is paradoxical and contrary in novel itself.
