清中叶纪昀晚年为追述平生见闻而创作的《阅微草堂笔记》是一部在中国小说发展史上具有特殊地位和影响的文言笔记小说集,研究者通常把它和蒲松龄的《聊斋志异》作对比研究,但在语言特色研究方面,《聊斋志异》的研究早已收获颇丰,而对《阅微草堂笔记》语言特色的研究却尚未出现系统性、专门性、建树性的成果,仅有一些零星的评价性说法。《阅微草堂笔记》的叙述语言简约、淡雅、冷幽默,人物语言质朴自然、娓娓可听等语言特色鲜明独到。

Yuwei Caotang Notes written by Ji Yun in the middle of the Qing dynasty to record the author＇s life experience is a collection of classical Chinese notes and novels which holds a special status and impacts the development of the history of Chinese novel. Researchers often compare it with Strange Tales of a Lonely Studio by Pu Song-ling for literary study. In contrast to many fruitful studies on the language characteristics of Strange Tales of a Lonely Studio conducted, so far, few systematic,authoritative and meaningful studies has been made on Yuwei Caotang Notes. Through study,we can find the language of Yuwei Caotang Notes is simple,natural,delicate and distinct and refreshing and full of dry humor.
