摘要
介绍了乙烯裂解炉裂解深度控制的意义,并在对中压加氢和高压加氢两个装置产出的加氢尾油(HVGO)作为裂解原料进行标定的基础上,结合深度控制系统,开发出适合HVGO在GK-VI裂解炉上运行的深度模型系统。
The significance of controlling cracking severity of ethylene cracking furnace was introduced. Based on calibration of hydrogenation bottom oil (HVGO) generated by medium pressure hydrogenation unit and high pressure hydrogenation unit as cracking material, connecting with severity control system, a severity module system suitable for operation of HVGO in GK - VI cracking furnace was developed.
