摘要
高校学生档案管理是高校管理的重要组成部分,是大学生就业、择业、用人单位筛选人才的重要依据。本文针对高校学生档案管理的现状和弊端,分析了档案管理中存在的问题,提出了提高学生档案管理工作水平的相应方法。
University students＇ archives management is an important part of university management.This is the important basis to a college student employment, career, and Unit of choose and employ persons screening.Aiming at the status and shortcomings of the archives management of university students, this paper analyzed the problems existing in the archives management,put forward the corresponding method of improve the level of students＇ archives management.
