摘要
现阶段室内三维尺寸测量大多采用激光测距仪,卷尺等工具,存在人为因素大、效率低、不规则房间不易测量的缺点。针对室内三维尺寸检测存在的问题,给出了一种新的三维自动测量算法,并开发出了相应的机械系统、控制系统。介绍了三维测量仪的扫描路径规划;说明了在室内空间建立多个平面坐标系,并进行空间坐标采样的过程;分析了利用坐标转换、最小二乘法直线拟合和空间解析几何快速并准确的获得室内三维尺寸的方法。通过对样本房间的试验检测,实现了快速、自动、较高精度的三维尺寸测量。
Lasers and tapes are mostly applied in indoor three dimensional measurements for the moment,which have weaknesses such as many human factors,low efficiency and large difficulty to measure irregular rooms. To solve the problems in the 3D measurement of indoor buildings,a new three dimensional automatic measurement algorithm as well as the related mechanical and control systems were developed. The path planning of the threedimensional machine is introduced,the process of building up several plane coordinates and sampling the data is illustrated,to acquire the accurate data of the 3D is rapidly analyzed by using coordinate transition and fitting a straight line by the least square method and the space analytic geometry. The rapid automated high accurate measurement is achieved by measuring sample building.
