摘要
传统混凝土泵车作业效率低、能源消耗大,研究其燃油经济性对节能降耗具有重要意义。基于发动机台架试验,通过密集试验点的方法测试了不同转速和扭矩下的燃油消耗率,并利用发动机理论特性曲线,对试验数据进行了曲线拟合和修正,通过多维曲面拟合映射投影建立实用化的发动机燃油消耗率模型,并对发动机的外特性进行了标定。利用系统全面的测试方法将传统的发动机经济特性定性分析进行了量化研究,具体指出了发动机具有较好经济性的中高转速和扭矩运行区域。通过混凝土泵车实际操作工况油耗测试,验证了的整车的高效运行区,提高了泵车的操作效率。
Aiming at the shortages of low efficiency and large fuel consumption of traditional truck-mounted concrete pump,the fuel consumption of its engine are tested and modeled. The specific fuel consumption of the engine is bench tested under different velocity and torque. The experimental data are curved-fitted and revised based on the traditional universal characteristic curve. Through the multi-dimension curve map,the useful specific fuel consumption model is obtained. The full throttle curve is redefined at the same time. The results show that the engine will run in a high efficiency within medium and high velocity and torque. It is better for the engine to work on the high efficiency region if it can satisfy the load requirement of the truck,the fuel economy of the vehicle can be highly improved. The results of fuel consumption tests for the truck-mounted concrete pump verify the economic and high efficiency running range,and the operation efficiency of the concrete pump is improved.
