摘要
当前汽车车身薄板件点焊回弹模型采用薄板端部的点接触模型,未考虑实际点焊工艺中设置的搭边量,因此不适用于实际装配质量分析。通过对柔性薄板定位装配过程的研究及实际点焊生产工艺的分析,建立了面接触搭边悬臂梁结构,并在对焊接接头受力分析的基础上提出了一种考虑搭边量的点焊回弹偏差数学模型,后与无搭边回弹偏差模型作参数敏感性对比分析。最后,通过分析矩形薄板件实例的装配偏差,表明了该偏差分析模型的有效性。
The current spring-back variation model for spot welding of auto body flexible sheet,in which the points contact at the edge of sheet does not consider the lap width set in the spot welding production,therefore it does not apply to the analysis of assembly quality. In this paper,a cantilever structure with surface contacting is firstly established by analyzing the locating and assembly process of the flexible sheet and the spot welding process. Then,a model for the spring-back variation of lap welding joint considering lap width is presented based on the analysis of welding joint force. The sensitivity of parameters is verified by comparing the traditional spring-back variation model without lap width. Finally,a case of rectangular sheet metal assembly was used to reveal the effectiveness of the assembly variation model.
