摘要
针对电动汽车整车控制器电磁辐射和电磁抗扰性问题,提出电磁兼容设计技术方案,并选取某电动汽车整车控制器进行试验,进一步研究整车控制器内部构造和原理,提出相应的整改措施,使其满足设计要求。
EMC designing technologies for vehicle controller on Electric Vehicles are discussed in this paper. One specific vehicle controller is tested for its electro-magnetic radiation and immunity performance. Based on the problems found in the test results and internal construction analysis of the vehicle controller, some rectification measures are carried out. Test results after rectification shows that the problems are solved.
