摘要
煮糖是制糖工艺中最重要的过程。煮糖利用结晶原理在煮糖罐中将糖浆进一步浓缩,以便糖浆中的蔗糖最大限度地生成固体结晶而析出。煮糖过程非常复杂,分为入料、整理、养晶、浓缩等工序;加水量和加料量需要根据液位、温度、压力、电导率等参数随动变化;实现自动控制非常困难。本文中介绍以西门子PCS7为平台构建控制系统,实现煮糖自动化。
Sugar boiling is the most important process in the sugar process. The duty of sugar boiling is the syrup which using the crystalization principle in the vaccum pan to further concentrate, so that the syrup can crystallize to achieve the maximum limit. Sugar boiling process is very complex, divided into feeding, sorting, crystallization, concentrating process; water amount and feeding quantity according to liquid level, temperature, pressure, conductivity and other parameters with dynamic changes. In this paper, Using the Siemens PCS7 to construct the control system, and realize the automation of sugar boiling.
