摘要
为解决MAGOMAT-M卸盘机运行过程中存在的因滤棒塑格卡盘而导致设备频繁停机的问题,对MAGOMAT-M卸盘机的结构进行了改进。用机械刚性限位代替弹簧软性缓冲接触定位,并更换塑格接收支架的限位装置,增设塑格夹持支架销轴限位轨道,更换旋转头限位传感器和改进气动装置。应用效果表明,改进后的卸盘机运行稳定,停机次数由改进前的8次/班下降到0次/班,彻底消除了故障,提高了滤棒供给的稳定性,满足了生产组织的要求。
Due to the tray stuck during the production, the tray discharger machine MAGOMAT-M stops frequently. To solve this problem, we' ve made some improvements in the structure of the machine. We replace the spring soft clamping contact positioning device with a machine limit and changed the limit device of the tray receiving support, added a tray bracket limit guide rail with agitator pins, changed the rotating limit sensor and improved the pneumatic device, The renovation turns out to be a success and the machine is now running stably. The down time of the machine had reduced from 8 times before the renovation per shift to 0. The problem is solved completely. It has tremendously improved the stability of filer supply and met the production demand.
