离子色谱法测定水产品中甲醛次硫酸氢钠、柠檬酸钠、L-抗坏血酸钠、磷酸盐的检测

摘要 建立离子色谱定量测定水产品中甲醛次硫酸氢钠、柠檬酸钠、L-抗坏血酸钠、磷酸盐残留量的方法。色谱应用Carbo Pac?AS11(4mm×250mm)阴离子分析柱与AG11(4×50mm)阴离子保护柱,KOH梯度淋洗,流速为1.0m L/min,抑制型电导检测器检测。方法检出限为2.5-5mg/kg,相对标准偏差0.03%-3.53%,加标回收率70.2%-96.4%,方法具有准确、操作简便等特点,可用于水产品中甲醛次硫酸氢钠、柠檬酸钠、L-抗坏血酸钠、磷酸盐的检测。 A method of IC for the determination of residual amount of formaldehyde sodium bisulfoxylate,sodium citrate,L-sodium ascorbate and phosphate in aquatic products was proposed. The samples were separated on a CarboPac AS11(4 mm×250 mm) anion exchange column using gradient elution of KOH solution, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection limit of the method was 2.5 - 5 mg/kg.The relative standard deviation of this method is 0.03% - 3.53% (n=6)and the recovery is the range of 70.2% - 96.4%.The method is accurate and simple, and is suitable for rapid detection formaldehyde sodium bisulfoxylate,sodium citrate,L-sodium ascorbate and phosphate in aquatic products.
