照明系统高精度交流调压控制器的设计 被引量:3

摘要 以STC89C52单片机为主要控制器件,采用新型无接触式变压技术和整波过零关断变压技术,设计了一种新型高精度、易控制、高效率的交流数控路灯调压控制器。该控制器输出电压为连续、无失真的正弦波。因为没有滑动触点,且可控硅采用过零触发技术,调压过程无瞬间断电现象。经过测试,该系统运行可靠,投入低,易于控制,有良好的推广及应用价值。 A novel high precision controller of AC voltage regulator for illumination system was designed by using STC89C52 as a key controlling device, non- contacting varying technique and full-wave over-zero cutoff transformation in this paper. The de- signed controller has many advantages such as high precision, convenience for control, high efficiency, continuous sinusoidal output voltage without any obviou distortion. There is no any transient switching-off phenomena during adjusting voltage due to non-slide contact and the use of over-zero trigger in thyristor. The test results illustrate the system is reliable in operation, easy to control and low cost. It is prospective that this system will be widely used in many application fields.
