摘要
通过物理气相沉积方法,在硬质合金铣刀上沉积硬质HCN涂层,采用硬度仪和划痕仪分析硬质HCN涂层的力学性能,并对比硬质HCN涂层铣刀与未涂层铣刀加工印制电路板材的性能。实验结果表明,硬质HCN涂层的硬度高,与硬质合金基材结合力佳,涂层的摩擦系数低;实验中硬质HCN涂层铣刀加工印制电路板时,使用寿命是未涂层铣刀的2.7倍。
Hard HCN coating was deposited on tungsten carbide routers by physical vapor deposition. Indentation tester and scratch tester are performed to characterize the mechanical properties, and a comparative cutting test between HCN coated routers and uncoated routers has been done. The results show that the hardness and elastic modulus of hard HCN coating and the adhesion with substrate are very gold. It is also found that the service life of HCN coated routers is 2.7 times than uncoated routers when cutting printed circuit boards.
