合金元素减量化HG785钢的连续冷却转变规律研究

Research on continuous cooling transformation behavior of alloying elements reduced HG785steel

摘要 利用THERMECMASTOR-Z热模拟机研究了合金元素减量化的HG785钢在连续冷却下的组织变化规律,绘制了动态CCT曲线。结果表明:随着冷却速度的提高,合金元素减量化HG785钢的组织由多边形铁素体逐渐向贝氏体类转变;冷却速度在30℃/s左右时,得到的贝氏体组织晶粒细小均匀,晶界交错,这种组织结构有利于获得高强度和高韧性。 Continuous cooling transformation behavior of alloying elements reduced HG785 steel was investigated by using THERMECMASTOR-Z thermal simulator, and its dynamic continuous cooling transformation curve was drawn up. Results show that with the increase of cooling rate, polygonal ferrites will gradually transform to bainitic type microstructures in alloying elements reduced HG785 steel, fine and uniform bainite could be obtained with cooling rate of 30℃/s. The microstructure is beneficial to attain high strength and high toughness of the steel.
