摘要
对几种常用的转炉氧枪刮渣器的结构和性能进行了分析,推荐一种新型的可实现连续二次刮渣的氧枪刮渣器。实践结果表明:这种氧枪刮渣器制造成本低,安装简单且维修方便,设备利用率高,刮渣效果显著,有效缓解了操作工的劳动强度,进一步提高了转炉炼钢的生产效率。
By analyzing the structure and performance of widely used slag scrapers for converter oxygen lance, a new type of oxygen lance slag scraper which can realize two times consecutive scraping was recommended. Practical results show that the slag scraper has advantages of low manufacturing cost, easy to install and repair, high utilization rate and effective slag scraping, and it can reduce labour intensity effectively and further improve production efficiency of converter steelmaking.
