普光气田加热炉两级节流自动控制改造

摘要 普光气田原加热炉控制系统不能使流量、压力、温度参数处于最佳的范围,甚至出现调整过程中因为酸气压力超出安全值引发停炉,针对以上问题,采取节流阀开度流量关系曲线线性优化、偏差e(t)-控制量u(t)关系优化、偏差积分i(t)-控制量u(t)优化、流量压力延时控制优化等多项优化措施,实现了产出酸气流量、压力的稳定控制,为气田的安全生产开发提供了技术保障。 The original furnace control system in Puguang Gas Field could not maintain the parameters such as flow,pressure and temperature within the optimum range,and the furnace was even shut down in the process of adjustment because acid gas pressure exceeded the safety value.To solve these problems,many optimization measures were taken including the linear optimization of relationship curve between throttle valve opening degree and flow,the optimization of relationship between error e(t)and control amount u(t),the optimization of error integral i(t)and control amount u(t),and the optimization of flow and pressure delay control,thus achieving the stable flow and pressure control of the output acid gas and providing technology guarantee for the production and development safety of the gas field.
