摘要
夹套管的设计分为夹套管管子(简称管子)的设计和夹套端板的设计。文章仅讨论管子的设计。将强度理论和刚度理论应用于管子结构,结合ASME B36.10M钢管的规格属性,管子的设计得以简化。通过计算封闭在管子中的循环冷却水的热力学表现,印证了案例中管子失稳的原因。鉴于夹套内管失稳所带来的危害,提出夹套管冷却器在使用过程中,其循环冷却水不应在管子中封闭这一结论。
The design of jacketed pipe consists of tube design and end plate design.By applying strength theory and rigid theory in the structure of jacketed pipe,asimplified method for tube design can be obtained.By calculating the thermodynamic behavior of the cooling water in jacketed pipe in closed environment and its destructive effect,the reasons for the instability of jacketed pipe are confirmed,and aconclusion is drawn that the cooling water shall not be enclosed in pipe while the jacket pipe cooler is in use.
