摘要
本文以电力系统稳定控制为引,介绍了三峡安全稳定控制装置的功能作用。通过2013年8月6号江城直流双极故障实例,依据稳控装置软件逻辑对此次事故后未正确切机情况进行了较详细的分析,并对三峡安全稳定控制装置逻辑实现上存在的隐患进行了阐述,最后指出了相应的隐患整改措施,并试验合格。
This paper lead with Power Systems stability control,describe the Three Gorges of safety and stability control device function. Through the JiangLing-Echeng HVDC transmit system bipolar fault happened at August 6 2013, according to the stability control device's software logic, this paper have a detailed analysis of the wrong cutting machine situation after the accident,described the existence of hidden logic implementations,and at last pass the test.
