摘要
随着AP1000核电技术的引进,我国已建AP1000海阳、三门核电站。核电站作为电力系统非常重要的电源点,其安全稳定运行对电网具有非常重要的意义。时间同步系统作为AP1000核电站通信子系统之一事引进西屋设计方案,经梳理分析发现该方案不完全适合我国电力系统需求,在今后的运行过程中也会存在一定问题。针对这一现状,笔者通过对目前AP1000核电站时间信息需求、系统的构成分析等,查找存在问题,在汲取我国电网500kV及以上变电站时间同步系统设计理念的基础上,提出AP1000核电站时间同步系统组网的全新设计理念,以便彻底解决目前AP1000核电站时间同步系统所存在的薄弱问题,为核电站内各类控制系统提供可靠保证。
China has built Haiyang and Sanmen nuclear power plant of AP1000.The security and stability of nuclear power plant has very important significance for the Grid. As one of the communication subsystem in AP1000 nuclear power plant, the time synchronization system is designed by Westinghouse corportation, which is not suitable for China's electric power system requirements. So we propose a new design for time synchronization system to solve these problems, and provide a reliable guarantee for the various control system in the nuclear power plant.
