摘要
大型电动机起动对电网、电动机和拖动设备的安全影响较大。通常情况下,若全压起动时的起动电流使得母线电压降超过允许值、或者电动机和生产机械不允许直接起动时,需要采取方法改善起动条件。本文通过工程实例介绍一种大功率电动机的起动方法,采用开关变压器软起动和液力耦合器配合使用,同时采用SVG静态无功补偿调节母线电压。
The starting of large capacity motor has large effect on the safety of grid, motor and drive device. Under normal circumstances, if the starting current of full voltage starting causes the bus voltage drop exceeds the allowable value, or motor and machinery does not allow direct starting, we need to take the method to improve the starting condition. Through a specific project example, this paper introduces a method of starting a large capacity motor. This method adopts switch transformer soft starter and hydraulic coupler, and uses the SVG static wattles power compensation as the adjusting busbar voltage level.
