摘要
语音报警是用播放警铃或播读事项的方式,向值班员提示电网发生故障的一种方法。在电力自动化领域特别是在调度主站系统中,语音报警是一项必备的基本功能。本文对调度主站语音报警子系统进行总结,分析比较音响报警、录制告警句、集中式TTS和分布式TTS各种语音报警实现方法,并对TTS在未来语音报警系统中的应用提出建议。
Voice alarm can notifiy dispathers of accidents in the power network through playing alarm bells or reading fault events. It is an important part of power dispatching master station systems. This paper intrduces a veriaty of technical means for the implementation of voice alarm. These means include sound alarm, alarm-sentence recording, centralized TTS and distributed TTS. Finally, the paper gives the prospect of application of TTS in voice alarm subsystem of power dispacthing master station.
