行星减速机损坏原因及改进措施

摘要 行星架支撑轴承损坏、输入轴支撑轴承损坏和太阳轮支撑定位失效约占直进式拉丝机行星减速机非正常损坏的80%.分析多品牌行星减速机结构,把多种机型一级行星架实际轴、径向载荷比例与配置轴承轴、径向承载能力比例进行比对,证实其轴承和支撑的轴向承载能力不足是轴承损坏或支撑失效过快发生的首要因素.在输入端和太阳轮支撑中增加轴向承载能力强的轴承和改变支撑方式,可使轴承的寿命有效延长5~7a. The damage of planet carrier and input shaft supporting bearings and failure of center gear for support positioning account for about 80% of non-normal damage of straight wire drawing machine planetary reducer. Analyze the structure of multi-brand planetary reducer, compare primary planet carrier actual axis and radial load proportion with the configuration shaft bearings and radial load capacity proportion of a variety of models, confirmed that the insufficence of axial load capacity of bearings and supports is the primary factor to lead to bearing damage or support rapid failure. Increase the bearings that have strong axial load capacity and change the supporting methods, the bearing life can be extended for 5 - 7 years.
