摘要 介绍Φ5.5 mm ER70S-6盘条生产开发及质量改进过程.分析拉拔断裂原因,给出改进措施:(1)控制斯太尔摩冷却线保温罩内的辊道速度,首段辊道速度不超过0.16 m/s.(2)为保证盘条轧后相变时足够的缓冷条件,严格控制吐丝后保温罩内冷却速度小于1℃/s.(3)严格控制轧制前加热炉内钢坯头尾湿差不超过30℃.(4)降低铸坯偏析和提高钢质纯净度.采用以上措施可控制ER70S-6盘条抗拉强度小于530 MPa,百吨拉拔断丝率降为2~3次,达到国内先进水平. To introduce the production development and quality improvement process of diameter 5.5 mm ER70S - 6 wire rod. To analyze the reason of drawing failure and give improvement measure : ( 1 ) to control the roller table speed in Stel- mor cooling line heat cover, and the first section speed cannot over 0.16 m/s. (2) to ensure wire rod has enough coaling condition, the cooling speed in heat cover must less than 1 ℃/s after wire rod laying. (3)Strictly control the temperature between heating furnace billet' s head and end is less than 30 ℃ before casting. (4) to decrease casting billet segregation and increase steel purity. With above measures can control ER70S - 6 wire rod tensile strength less than 530 MPa, drawing failure per hundred tons decrease to 2 -3 times, which achieved to domestic advanced level.
