摘要
采用分光光度法进行肉类产品亚硝酸盐含量分析,在不同温度、时间、季度进行测定,讨论环境因素对亚硝酸盐含量的影响,并从准确度出发,科学的进行肉类产品中亚硝酸盐含量的检测。
The nitrite content in meat products was analyzed by spectrophotometry at different temperatures, time and quarter. The effect of environmental factors on nitrite content was discussed. From perspective of accuracy, the nitrite content of meat products was determined scientific.
