介绍20×10.00-10NHS 4PR R-3无内胎草地园艺轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径505mm,断面宽249mm,行驶面宽度225mm,行驶面弧度高9.0mm,胎圈着合直径250.5mm,胎圈着合宽度203.2mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.715 0,花纹深度8.5mm,花纹饱和度53.5%,花纹周节数34。施工设计:胎面采用单胶挤出法挤出,胎体采用2层1400dtex/2V1锦纶6浸胶帘布,钢丝圈采用Φ1mm的19#镀铜高强度胎圈钢丝,采用Φ335mm成型机头成型、双模胶囊硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。
The design of 20× 10.00-10NHS 4PR R-3 tubeless grassland tire was described. In the structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 505 mm, cross-sectional width 249 mm,width of running surface 225 ram,arc height of running surface 9.0 ram,bead diameter at rim seat 250.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 203.2 ram,maximum width position of crosssectional(H1/H2) 0. 715 0,pattern depth 8.5 ram,block/total ratio 53.5%,and total number of pitches 34. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:single compound extruded tread,2 layers of 1400dtex/2V1 nylon 6 cord for carcass ply,Ф1 mm 19^# copperized wire for bead. The tires were built on Ф335 mm building machine and cured on bladder press. The test results of the finished tires showed that, the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements in design and national standard.
