The empirical analysis on＂the teaching seminar about the coumryside junior middle school English classroom in Huaihua University＂ shows that the essence and core is ＂cooperative learning＂, this concept conforms to the ＂National TeacherTraining Program＂,and can give full play to the advantages of University,the school and the students; In the implementation of ＂cooperative learning＇in ＂National TeacherTraining Program＂,we should he well dealt with the relationship of the＂Macro cooperation＂ and the＂Micro cooperation＂.
