摘要
对怀化学院"基于‘四个一’农村初中英语课堂教学研讨会"的实证分析发现,其实质和核心是"合作学习",这种理念符合"国培计划"的培训宗旨,能够充分发挥高校、基地校和国培学员三方面的联动优势;在"国培计划"中实施"合作学习",需要处理好"联动大合作"与"微观小合作"等关系。
The empirical analysis on"the teaching seminar about the coumryside junior middle school English classroom in Huaihua University" shows that the essence and core is "cooperative learning", this concept conforms to the "National TeacherTraining Program",and can give full play to the advantages of University,the school and the students; In the implementation of "cooperative learning'in "National TeacherTraining Program",we should he well dealt with the relationship of the"Macro cooperation" and the"Micro cooperation".
