摘要
论文对烧结烟气的形成及特点进行了表述,对目前工业中常见的分步及同步脱硫脱硝工艺进行了分析比较;结合现有的脱硫脱硝技术提出了将软锰矿SDA法同步脱硫脱硝技术用于烧结烟气。软锰矿SDA法同步脱硫脱硝技术以软锰矿为吸收剂、SDA塔为吸收器吸收脱除烧结烟气中SO2和NOX。该方法可用于烧结烟气的SO2和NOX的废气治理与副产品异地开发利用,回收利用硫、氮资源及综合利用软锰矿资源,可实现污染物的全部资源化,符合当前节能减排、循环经济政策。
This paper describes the formation and characteristics of sintering flue gas. The step-by-step and simultaneous desulfurization and denitration technologies common used in the industry are analyzed and compared. With the existing control methods, the SDA method of simultaneous desulfurization and denitration technologies using pyrolusite are proposed for sintering flue gas. In this method, the pyrolusite be used as absorbent, SDA tower be used as absorber for desorption the SO2 and NOx in sintering flue gas. This method can be used as waste gas pollution control such as sintering flue gas desulfurization and denitration. A, nd also can recycle the resources of sulfur and nitrogen and use the pyrolusitc. This technology can realize full utilization of pollutants and accord with the current energy conservation and emissions reduction and recycle economy policies.
