摘要 为了实现煤矿井下照明节约用电,同时易于管理井下照明系统,需要改变现有的传统的照明控制方式。电力线载波通信技术具有无需架设专门的通信线路,施工方便,综合成本低的优点。基于该技术,本文提出了一种易于管理,可远程操作、实时监控的矿用照明控制系统的总体设计方案。在分别设计系统中组控制器、终端控制器核心硬件电路后,提出了照明控制系统的通信协议PLCLCP,并且阐述了井下照明控制系统软件设计的流程。 In order to realize the coal mine lighting to save electricity, easy to manage underground lighting system at the same time, we need to change the existing way of traditional lighting control. Power line carrier communication technology does not need to set up a dedicated communication lines, construction is convenient, integrated the advantages of low cost. Based on the technology, this paper puts forward a kind way of easy to implement, simple operation of the mine lighting overall design scheme of monitoring and control system. In the controller design, such as terminal controller hardware circuit, communication protocol PLCLCP lighting control system was put forward, underground lighting control system software is developed.
