盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗老年充血性心力衰竭临床观察

目的 :观察常规治疗联合盐酸曲美治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的影响。方法 :46例CHF患者,随机分为对照组20例,治疗组26例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的平行与酸曲美他嗪20毫克,每日3次,共六月。结果:对照组,总有效率为70%,治疗组为88%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组相比,SV,CO,LVEF更好的效果,在对照组心功能,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。
