光镜下尿红细胞形态检查在尿诊断中的应用价值

目的 :探讨相差显微镜下尿畸形红细胞检查对血尿的定位诊断及其临床意义。方法 :用相差显微镜观察160例血尿标本,并将红细胞形态分为三大类:多形型、混合型、均一型作为判断红细胞的标准。结果:相差显微镜下血尿畸形红细胞计数对诊断肾小球性血尿的敏感性为89.1%,特异性为92.9%,与文献报道大致相符。结论:相差显微镜下血尿畸形红细胞对血尿的定位诊断具有指导作用,特异性高,易在基层医院普及,是一种值得推广的方法。

Objective： To investigation the clinical significance of the examination about abnormal red blood ceils morphology using phase contrast microscope. Methods： Collected 160 hematuria cases, used the phase contrast microscope to observe the red blood cells morphology and divided them into three types, as pleomorphic type, mixed type and isotypy, which to be a criterion to judge the red blood cellsl Results：The abnormal red blood cell COunt using phase contrast microscope was helpful to hematuria diagnosis, the sensibility was 89.1% and the specificity was 92.9%, these was conformity to the process reported. Conclusion： The abnormal red blood cell count using phase contrast microscope has a guiding role for the hematuria diagnosis and is high specificity, it is simple to apply and easy to be popularized.
