宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈机能不全临床观察

Clinical results of cervical cerclage in the treatment of cervical incompetence

目的：研究宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈机能不全的效果。方法将就诊的宫颈机能不全孕妇患者63例，随机分为观察组（宫颈环扎术＋保守疗法）40例和对照组（保守疗法）23例，比较两组孕妇分娩结果等各项指标。结果观察组发生晚期流产3例、早产8例、足月产29例，对照组发生晚期流产9例、早产9例、足月产5例，采用x2检验比较，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；观察组妊娠10～16周行宫颈环扎术20例，发生晚期流产0例、早产6例、足月产14例，妊娠17～25周行宫颈环扎术20例，发生晚期流产6例、早产9例、足月产5例，采用x2检验，比较不同时间段差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论宫颈机能不全孕妇，孕期尽早实施宫颈环扎术，能有效延长孕周，提高胎儿存活率。

Objective To study the clinical results of cervical cerclage in the treatment of cervical incomPetence.Methods Select 63 cases of cervical incomPetence of Pregnant women,they were randomly divided into the observation grouP （cervical cerclage＋conservative theraPy） and control grouP of 40 cases （23 cases of conservative treatment）, the indicators were comPared between the two grouPs of Pregnant women give birth outcome.Results There were 3 cases the late abortions、8 cases Premature deliveries、29 cases full-term Pregnancies in the observation grouP,there were 9 cases the late abortions 、9 cases Premature deliveries、5 cases full-term Pregnancies in the control grouP,using test,there were the differences of the statistical signiifcants between them（P〈0.01）;In the observation grouP,there were 0 case the late abortions、6 cases Premature deliveries、20 cases full-term Pregnancies at 10~16 gestational weeks among 20 cases,there were 9 cases the late abortions 、9 cases Premature deliveries、5 cases full-term Pregnancies at 17~25 gestational weeks among the other 20 cases,using test,there were the differences of the statistical signiifcants between the two time stages（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For Pregnant women with cervical incomPetence, imPlementation of cervical cerclage was made early in the Pregnancy ,can extend effectively the gestational times, imProve the rate of the fetal survival.
