护理专业校内外“双师”教学、研究生助教三位一体实践教学模式探究

摘要 有效教学是学生必要的学习过程。在社会迅速发展和医学模式不断转变的情境下,传统的以"教室教学为主"、"老师为中心"的重理论、轻实践,重知识传授、轻能力培养,教学和临床脱轨的妇产科护理教学模式已不再适应。本研究探讨校内教师与临床教师利用规划、实施、反馈循环,创新妇产科护理教学课程设置、教学方式,探讨理论与实践并重的研究型教学。在有效的教学中使用现场经验;在课后,以研究生助教为辅,夯实基础,培养学生创新能力。 Effective teaching was a necessary learning process. In the rapid development of society and the changing context of the medical model, the traditional ways, such as the "classroom-based", ";teacher-centered";focused on theory of heavy imparting knowledge, light ability, teaching and clinical derailed Maternity Branch nursing teaching model was no longer adapt. In this study, the school teachers and clinical teachers used planning, implementation, feedback loops, innovative teaching obstetrics and gynecology nursing curriculum, teaching methods, to explore both the theory of research-based teaching, the use of ifeld experience in effective teaching , after school ,the graduate assistant teaching would be the main activity , to give a solid foundation,and develop creative ability.
