探讨颅脑外伤危重患者的临床治疗方法

To Explore the Clinical Treatment of Critically Ill Patients With Craniocerebral Trauma

目的：探讨颅脑外伤危重患者的临床治疗方法。方法选取我院2011年10月-2013年10月收治的80例颅脑外伤危重患者作为研究对象。将其分为对照组和观察组，各40例，对照组采取一般治疗，观察组采取一般治疗基础上加用纳洛酮注射液联合清开灵注射液进行治疗。结果经过治疗后，对照组总有效率为87.5%，观察组总有效率为97.5%。结论在救治颅脑外伤危重患者时，应把握救治时机，做到有效的救治方案。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment of critically ill patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods Select 80 cases of craniocerebral injury in critically ill patients in our hospital from 2011 October to 2013 October were analyzed. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 40 cases. Control group treated with general, the observation group treated with general combined with naloxone injection combined qingkailing injection treatment, compare the results. Results After treatment, the control group the total effective rate was 87.5%, the observation group the total effective rate was 97.5%. Conclusion In the treatment of severely craniocerebral trauma, we should take the treatment time, do the right treatment plan.
