摘要
目的：研究腹腔镜在早期卵巢癌分期手术中的临床应用价值。方法将2009年1月-2014年4月间我院收治的96例早期卵巢癌患者作为研究对象。随机分为治疗组50例（腹腔镜手术组），对照组46例（开腹手术组）。结果据术中出血量、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间等数据显示，治疗组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组的治疗效果，P＜0.05，存在显著差异，有统计学意义。结论早期卵巢癌使用腹腔镜进行分期手术效果更佳，能够有效缩短患者的恢复时间，减轻患者痛苦。
Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic application during the early-stageovarian cancer staging surgery. Methods Taking 96 cases with the early-stageovarian cancer in our hospital as the research object from January,2009 to April,2014. They were randomly divided into treatment group （laparoscopic surgery group, n=50） and control group（conventional open surgery, n=46）. Results Treatment group was significant better than control group in intraoperative bloodloss, flatus time and activity time, P〈0.05, the rewere significant differences and statistical significance. Conclusion The curative effect of laparoscopic staging surgery for early-stageovarian cancer was better.It can effectively reduce pain and shorten there covery time.
