婴幼儿泌尿系感染36例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 36 Cases of Infant Urinary Tract Infection

目的：分析婴幼儿泌尿系感染的临床诊治措施。方法选取36例在2012年7月-2013年10月于我院接受诊治的泌尿系感染患儿作为研究对象。对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所选患儿，在通过综合治疗以后，其临床表现全部消失；血尿常规、肾功能检查都恢复正常；复查尿细菌培养均呈阴性。结论经过对婴幼儿泌尿系感染研究发现，其泌尿系症状不显著，极易出现漏诊或者误诊情况。因此，临床医师必须提高重视度。

Objective To analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment measures in infant urinary tract infection. Methods 36 children cases from July 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital were selected to accept the diagnosis and treatment in urinary tract infection. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results After the adoption of the comprehensive treatment, the clinical manifestations of selected children disappeared, blood and urine routine, renal function tests had returned to normal, urine bacteria culture reviewed were negative. Conclusion Through the study of infant urinary infection, found that the urinary tract symptoms was not significant,could easily appeared missed diagnosis , therefore, clinicians must pay high attention.
