不同术式治疗高血压脑出血临床研究

Study on Different Surgical Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的：研究分析不同术式治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法对2010年-2013年期间收治的229例高血压脑出血患者采用不同术式治疗结果进行回顾性分析，研究不同术式治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。结果钻孔引流术组的首次血肿清除率是30%-85%，病死率是8.1%；微创小骨窗开颅组死亡率是6.5%；传统骨瓣开颅术组的死亡率是26.9%。讨论应根据高血压脑出血患者的临床表现与CT影像学资料进行分析，为患者选择最佳的治疗术式，若病情发生变化，可改变术式以提高存活率。

Objective Research and analysis different operative methods for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods For during the period of 2010 to 2013, taking 229 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated by different surgical. Results were retrospectively analyzed, find different operative methods for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Results Drilling drainage of hematoma clearance rate is 30%-85%for the ifrst time, the fatality rate is 8.1%, mortality of minimally invasive small bone window craniotomy group was 6.5%, the mortality of traditional bone lfap craniotomy group is 26.9%. Conclusion Should be based on the clinical manifestations of the patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage with CT image data were analyzed, and the surgical treatment for patients to choose the best treatment, if the condition change, to change operation in order to improve the survival rate.
