阴式子宫全切术与腹腔镜子宫全切术在非脱垂子宫切除中的应用价值

Analysis of the Application Value of Non Prolapsed Uterus by Vaginal Hysterectomy and Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

目的比较非脱垂子宫行阴式与腹腔镜子宫全切术的临床效果。方法分析115例非脱垂子宫良性病变患者分别行阴式子宫全切术(阴式组)和腹腔镜子宫全切术(腹腔镜组)的临床资料。结果阴式组在手术时间和术中出血量、住院费用等方面均少于腹腔镜组(P<0.05)。两组术后肛门排气时间和住院时间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论阴式子宫全切术在行非脱垂子宫切除术时,其手术时间、术中出血量和住院费用方面更具有优势。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of the Vagina uterus cut method and the laparoscopic uterine cut method. Methods Analysis of 115 cases of patients with Non-breakaway womb excision, divided them into Vaginal Hysterectomy group and Laparoscopic Hysterectomy group. Results Vaginal Hysterectomy groups is better than Laparoscopic Hysterectomy group in operation time and intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization costs （P〈0.05）. Two groups of postoperative anal exhaust time and hospital stay was no signiifcant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The Vaginal Hysterectomy is good at the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and hospitalization costs..
