开腹手术和腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿疗效对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Open Operation and Laparoscopic Operation for the Treatment of Ovarian Endometriosis Cysts

目的：对比分析开腹手术和腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年4月-2014年5月间我院接治的116例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者的临床记录资料。结果治疗组的手术时间、平均出血量、术后发热时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均明显少于对照组，均具有显著性差异（P〈0.01）；治疗组的止痛药应用率、术后并发症发生率均低于对照组，妊娠率高于对照组，均具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床疗效显著。

Objective To compare the clinical curative effect analysis of open surgery and laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst. Methods 116 cases from April 2012 to April 2014 treated in our hospital were selected for the retrospective analysis of ovarian endometriosis cyst clinical records. Results Postoperative fever time, anus exhaust time, ambulation time, hospital stay in the treatment group was signiifcantly less （P〈0.01）, the rate of analgesics, postoperative complication rate in the treatment group was lower than in the control group, and the pregnancy rate was higher than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efifcacy of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst is was signiifcant, worthy of clinical application.
