摘要
目的：探讨宫外孕术后的临床护理效果。方法选取我院2012年-2013年间就诊的宫外孕患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统常规护理方法进行干预指导。观察组在常规护理的基础上采用腹腔镜围手术期综合护理干预。结果观察组患者的手术时间及住院天数明显缩短、下床时间及胃肠恢复时间明显提前（P＜0.05）。结论采用有效的临床护理干预，能够提高宫外孕患者的临床疗效，缩短患者住院天数，具有临床应用推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing after ectopic pregnancy. Methods 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were selected,randomly and divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention and guidance method. The observation group based on routine nursing on perioperative period of laparoscopic operation by comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The operation and hospital stay time of observation group patients was signiifcantly shorter, the time of getting out of bed and gastrointestinal recovery was signiifcantly ahead of schedule（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using clinical nursing intervention was effective, could improve the clinical curative effect of ectopic pregnancy , and short the days.
