摘要
目的探究心衰合并心律失常患者经胺碘酮治疗的临床护理效果。方法择取心衰合并心率失常患者86例,随机分为2组均43例患者,给予所有患者胺碘酮治疗后,参照组行常规护理,观察组应用综合性的临床护理,对比其效果。结果观察组的总有效率(93.02%)明显高于参照组(76.74%),差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论心衰合并心律失常患者经胺碘酮治疗并给予临床护理的效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the combined arrhythmia heart failure patients with amiodarone treatment effect of clinical nursing. Methods Will pick combined arrhythmia patients, 86 cases of heart failure, 43 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups are, for all patients with amiodarone treatment, control group routine nursing care, observation group applied comprehensive clinical care, comparing the effect. Results The total effective rate （93.02%） of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group （76.74%）, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with heart failure combined arrhythmia by amiodarone treatment and clinical nursing effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
