检验和护理沟通对分析前质量控制的影响因素探讨

Influence Factors Analysis of Quality Control Before Inspection and Nursing Communication

目的：探讨影响临床检验结果的标本分析前因素及加强检验与护理沟通在标本分析前质量控制中的作用。方法收集并筛选我院2011年7月-2014年6月间检验科所有不合格标本3876份，按照时间分为A组（加强检验与护理沟通前）和B组（加强检验与护理沟通后），比较两组不合格标本发生情况及原因。结果 B组不合格标本发生率为0.52%明显低于A组1.31%；造成两组标本不合格的原因以标本溶血所占比例最高，分别占本组不合格标本总数的42.27%和42.32%。结论加强检验和护理沟通可有效控制分析前质量，对于提高检验结果的准确性有着重要意义。

Objective To study factors inlfuencing of clinical test results of specimens before and strengthen inspection and nursing communication. Methods To collect clinical laboratory all unqualified specimens, 3 876 who are divided into group A and group B , and compared two groups of unqualiifed specimen. Results Incidence of unqualiifed specimen for group B was lower than that in group A, 0.52%to 1.31%. The cause of two groups of specimens is unqualified to specimen hemolysis highest proportion, respectively 42.27% and 42.32% of the total number of this group of unqualiifed specimen. Conclusion To strengthen inspection and quality of nursing before communication can effectively control analysis,and improve the accuracy of the test results.
