目的探析采取措施处理免疫检验质量控制存在问题的效果。方法随机选取本院加强免疫检验质量控制前、后各100例血液标本为研究对象,加强质控前的标本设为对照组,加强质控后的标本为观察组,比较两组的漏检、误检等检测情况和临床治疗效果。结果观察组的漏检率和误检率明显低于对照组,检测准确率、治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论采取一定措施加强临床免疫检验质量控制,有助于提高检验准确率,降低漏检率和误检率,有助于改善临床治疗效果。

Objective Study on the measures of processing qualitycontrol problems of the effect of immunity test. Methods Randomly selected in our hospital to strengthen the immune inspection quality control before, after the 100 cases of blood samples as the research object, to strengthen the quality control before thespecimens were set as control group, to strengthen the quality control of the specimens after the observation group, compared with two groups of missed detection, false detection detection and clinical therapeutic effect. Results The group of missing rate and false detection rate was significantly lower than the control group,the detection rate, the total efifciency of treatment was higher than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion To take certain measures to strengthen the clinical immunology laboratory quality control, help to improve the testing accuracy, reduce the missing rate and false detection rate, help to improve clinical curative effect.
