培美曲塞单药全身化疗加局部放疗治疗老年晚期进展期泌尿系统肿瘤的疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Pemetrexed Single Agent Chemotherapy Combined With Local Radiotherapy for Elderly Patients With Advanced Tumor in Urinary System

目的探析培美曲塞单药全身化疗加局部放疗治疗老年晚期进展期泌尿系统肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选取在我院接受治疗的20例老年晚期进展期泌尿系统肿瘤为研究对象,给予患者实施培美曲塞单药全身化疗加局部放疗进行治疗,观察患者的治疗效果和不良反应。结果所有患者的总有效率为55.0%,中位进展时间为9.5个月,中位生存期为16个月;不良反应主要为骨髓抑制、皮肤黏膜炎和胃肠道反应。结论培美曲塞单药全身化疗加局部放疗治疗老年晚期进展期泌尿系统肿瘤可以延长患者生存期,提高患者的生活质量,不良反应可耐受,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To probe into the clinical curative effect of pemetrexed single agent chemotherapy combined with local radiotherapy for elderly patients with advanced tumor in urinary system. Methods Select 20 cases of elderly patients with advanced treated in our hospital during the progression of tumors of urinary system as the research object, to give patients with pemetrexed single agent chemotherapy and local radiotherapy treatment, to observe the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of patients. Results All patients with the total effective rate was 40.0%, the median progress time is 7.5 months, the median survival period for 14 months. Adverse reactions mainly in bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction. Conclusion Pemetrexed single agent chemotherapy and local radiotherapy treatment can prolong the survival of elderly patients with advanced tumors of urinary system, adverse reactions can be tolerated, improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of clinical application.
