探讨中医药对高血压防治的作用及实践

Discussion and Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the Role of Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension

目的对应用中医方式对高血压疾病进行防治的临床效果进行研究。方法选择在我院就诊的88例患有高血压疾病的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组44例。采用常规西药降压方案对对照组患者实施治疗;采用中医药综合疗法对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者血压水平在用药后恢复正常时间和药物治疗时间明显短于对照组;高血压疾病治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论应用中医方式对高血压疾病进行防治的临床效果非常明显。

Objective TCM way to apply the clinical effects of hypertensive disease prevention research. Methods In 88 cases of the disease in patients with hypertension in our hospital, were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, with an average 44 cases in each group. Buck conventional medicine program for patients with treatment for the control group; the use of Chinese medicine in patients treated with combination therapy for the implementation of treatment. Results Blood pressure levels in patients in the treatment group after treatment and drug treatment recovery time was signiifcantly shorter than the control group;hypertensive disease treatment is better than the control group. Conclusion TCM ways to prevent and treat hypertension disease clinical effect is obvious.
